Our Aurora Light tour guide truly went the extra mile for it. When Rovaniemi was too cloudy to see the Aurora Lights, he drove us all the way to Sweden to increase our chances. Thanks to his dedication, we managed to witness the beautiful Aurora for about 30 minutes and was absolutely magical!
He was also very patient and helped us take many group photos with the lights, making sure everyone got great shots. On top of that, the hot organic tea and cookies he prepared were delicious and perfect for the cold weather.

During the pick up, Levi found that the weather was foggy and with lots of cloud. The situation was not as good as expected. He drove us toward the border place and searched for a clear sky for aurora. After driving several directions for 3 hours, we eventually discovered the right place by his professional experience and sharp judgement. The aurora started dancing to welcome us a few minutes after we stepped out the car.
Levi immediately set up his camera and helped everyone to take pictures. He also served hot tea and biscuits to keep us warm. Later we heard that many other tours that night hadn’t been nearly as successful.
This was truly a magical Lapland moment — 100% worth it and definitely a must-do experience. Huge thanks to Levi for turning a tricky forecast into one of our most memorable nights!
Even though it took us quite some time because of the weather conditions, he never gave up and kept doing his absolute best to find clear skies for us. His dedication really paid off — we got to see the Northern Lights, and it was really amazinggg!
He also made sure everyone felt comfortable and kept us informed and hopeful the whole time. We truly appreciate the effort he put in to make sure we had the best possible experience. I would definitely do it again and driving around with Liv was also super fun.
